The attention to the processing methods, manufacturing tolerances and experience, have made Mizar a professional and reliable partner, able to suggest advantageous technological solutions for the customer. All outgoing products are tested and certified in the air-conditioned metrology room.
In the air conditioned metrology room Mizar is able to test and certify all outgoing products. The tools available are:
- 1 measuring centre ZEISS ECLIPSE 7/10 CNC – useful field 700x1000x580, point to point measurements;
- 1 measuring centre ZEISS UPMC 74460 for continuous scanning measurements;
- 1 digital altimeter;
- Roughness Taylor Hobson;
- Durometer Mitutoyo.
Since 1999, Mizar has obtained the certification of DNV production processes today updated the regulations 9001: 2008.
